Kennel Club Outings with dogs
You can have so much fun with dogs; training them, playing with them in the garden or local park, going for long country rambles, or a quick stroll down to the shops, or simply enjoying a cosy night in with the family. But did you know there are literally thousands of events held every year offering you a whole range of great, fun days out with your dog?.
Country side code
The site contains ideas for what you can do in the countryside, educational resources for teachers and group leaders, maps, local walks in your area, a Countryside Directory, details of the new right of access to Access Land, commonly known as the 'right to roam', and lots more....
Pet Passports
The Pet Travel Scheme (PETS) is the system that allows pet dogs, cats and ferrets from certain countries to enter the UK without quarantine as long as they meet the rules. It also means that people in the UK can take their dogs, cats and ferrets to other European Union (EU) countries, and return with them to the UK.
Brittany Ferries
If you love your holidays but always feel sad at the prospect of leaving behind your four-legged friend, then Brittany Ferries have the answer. With the PETS Travel Scheme, we make it easy for you to take your dog or cat on holiday.
Stena Line
Now you can travel to Holland with the whole family, including your pet for only an extra £10 each way for a dog, cat or ferret.
Safer Pets
Last year's annual trek to the family cottage was a less than relaxing trip thanks to the dog running around the vehicle barking at every other car on the road. And the cat was so terrified because it thought it was heading to the vet, that it hid under the seat and didn't come out for days - and that was after you spent hours trying to get it to come out from under the bed in order to get into the car.
The Cinnamon Trust
The national charity for the elderly and their pets.
